About the Frames or Monolite

The frame of our machines is composed of a monolith of gray cast iron.

Our machines frame Gray Cast Iron has extremely high damping capacity, and is therefore the preferred material for machine tool beds, tables, columns, spindle body and slides.

One of the reasons we use cast iron to build our machine bases and frames is because it is incredibly sturdy and can handle high compression loads.

Our machines process all sorts of metals including the harder materials such as steel. A solid frame is necessary to ensure that the manufacturing goes off without a hitch. With a sturdy cast iron frame supporting our machines, our machines are safer to operate.

Drums and Tables

Rotating Tables represent the heart of our machines. The size and number of clamps applied vary depending on the machine and the processing required.

The rotation of the table is done by a brushless motor. Positioning and rigidity are ensured by a pair of Hirth hydraulically locking sprockets, which ensures positioning accuracy and repeatability.

The drum can operate with a vertical, horizontal axis, single, or double vice.

Through the table passes the hydraulic connections and control system that operates the clamps. The clamp recognition system can be installed for machining with the A-B cycle.

SPINDLES

Our motorized work units are built for maximum robustness, rigidity, and precision.

WE USE HIGH-PRECISION SPECIAL BALL BEARINGS THAT ENSURE HIGH RIGIDITY AND PRECISION OF EXECUTION.

All our units perform tapping, drilling, turning, and all the processes commonly used on lathes or machining centers.

Our units are Made in Italy and use technology and know-how with 40 years of experience. They are suitable for processing stainless steel, cast iron, brass and aluminum or its alloys.
